Pinnacle People seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Service Manager to step into a key role with one of our clients. This is an initial two-month contract , starting on the first week of January, with a the possibility to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. Job Description: Hospitality Service Manager to oversee and support 4 key areas (Head Chef / Service Supervisor / Home Care Supervisor / 3 on site cafes) 1 main production kitchen Other smaller kitchen outlets Occasional events Servicing a mix of disability, aged care & non-aged care on-site residents Monday-Friday gig, mostly business hours Fantastic rate of pay for successful candidate Requirements: Police Check Flu vaccination recommended, but not mandatory Ideal Candidate: Experience in the aged care sector (advantageous, but not essential) Or experience as an Executive Chef / Head Chef overseeing departments Have an extensive understanding of food safety Would suit someone who has previously held a Facilities Manager role If you believe this role is for you, please apply now !
